Notre parcours a débuté en tant que plateforme médiatique, initialement sous la forme d’un format écrit en ligne. Il a ensuite évolué avec grâce pour devenir la série télévisée “ART IMPACT”. Aujourd’hui, Jano Lapin s’est transformé en un espace dynamique qui accueille fièrement un programme de résidence pour artistes visuels.

Niché au cœur de la métropole culturelle de Montréal, au Canada, Jano Lapin n’est pas seulement un trésor local, mais un amoureux mondial des arts. Notre plateforme embrasse la beauté du bilinguisme, offrant du contenu à la fois en anglais et en français.

Welcome to Jano Lapin, where the vibrant tapestry of the art world comes to life!

Our journey began as a media platform, initially in the form of an online written format. It then gracefully transitioned into the television series “ART IMPACT.” Today, Jano Lapin has transformed into a dynamic space that proudly hosts a residency program for visual artists.

Nestled in the heart of the culturally rich Montreal, Canada, Jano Lapin is not just a local treasure but a global lover of the arts. Our platform embraces the beauty of bilingualism, offering content in both English and French.

History

Anne Jano a créé Jano Lapin en 2016.  Ayant un MSc axé sur les associations culturelles, sa passion pour les arts l’a amenée à créer une plateforme où les histoires de notre société culturelle peuvent être partagées. En 2018, Anne crée ART Impact, une série télévisée diffusée sur MAtv où elle continue de faire avancer son concept. En 2021, nous avons maintenant six créateurs de contenu et continuons de grandir !

En 2021, les premiers artistes en résidence ont commencé leur parcours, marquant une nouvelle étape dans notre aventure artistique. Depuis lors, nous avons le privilège d’accueillir quatre artistes tous les six mois. Découvrez tous les artistes qui ont enrichi notre espace par leur créativité ici.

Anne Jano created Jano Lapin in 2016.  Having an MSc that focused on cultural nonprofits, her passion for the arts led her to create a platform where the stories of our cultural society can be shared.   In 2018, Anne created ART Impact, a television series that airs on MAtv where she continued to push forward her concept.  In 2021, we now have six content creators and continue to grow.

In 2021, the first artists in residence began their journey, marking a new milestone in our artistic adventure. Since then, we have had the privilege of welcoming four artists every six months. Explore all the artists who have enriched our space with their creativity here.
